I began with architecture, then built my career around the wider decisions that make development viable. My MBA, PMP®, MRICS and financial modelling background support an approach that is both commercially rigorous and grounded in the realities of design, approvals and construction.
At Somabay, I have worked across a destination portfolio representing approximately $2.3 billion in GDV and $600 million in CAPEX. My Saudi work covers eight assignments in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar with combined projected GDV above SAR 10 billion.
I have prepared more than 20 financial models and investment cases, supported 18 launches and delivered 17 developments across the portfolio.
What distinguishes my work is not one specialist calculation or design stage. It is the ability to keep commercial intent, customer value, consultant direction, authority requirements, cost and programme connected throughout the development cycle.

At Somabay, my work spans residential communities, hospitality assets, commercial districts and mixed use destinations. I connect the portfolio strategy with project feasibility, product definition, consultant direction, approvals, construction support, launch and handover.
I have supported eight assignments in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar with combined projected GDV above SAR 10 billion. The work covers land due diligence, highest and best use, investment appraisal, product strategy, development briefs, procurement and approval planning.
I work across the decisions that determine whether a project creates value: what to build, who it serves, what the land can support, how capital is deployed and how the approved business case survives design and delivery.

Test value, capital exposure, timing, return and downside before a recommendation is made.
Translate market evidence and customer needs into a clear development proposition, area programme and positioning.
Give consultants a precise commercial and technical brief, then protect that intent through every design stage.
Keep assumptions, approvals, cost, programme and change visible so leadership can act with confidence.
Maintain the connection between the approved business case and what is procured, constructed, launched and handed over.
